     I would like you to know how happy and delighted Clark & I are with the remodel of our home.  You have both blessed us so much! In February 2005, the water damage to our home was devastating! When we made the decision not only to fix the damage but add on to the house, it was important to us to have the house look like it had never been 'added on to.' We had no idea that our home would turn out so beautiful! If one has not been in our home, one would never know that it had been remodeled.  The wood floors, fine custom cabinetry, and design are of such rare quality.  It has been a dream come true! The place looks like it belongs in Southern Living Magazine or Architectural Design!

     It was so helpful that you both were so diplomatic in helping me make aesthetic choices for the house. The more I researched what I wanted, I discovered that you both are so knowledgeable about design and style. You gave me such great advice and were so helpful in making the right decisions. You were also sensitive to my pocket book and the costs. I always felt you were giving me the best quality at a great price. So often when I got a statement from you, I was very aware you were giving me so much and could have charged so much more. You have been reputable, knowledgeable, generous and an absolute pleasure to work with.

     My sister, Cheri, lives in Fresno and has seen so many custom homes. She has repeatedly told me that the quality of cabinetry, wood moldings, plaster and paint in our home is finer than any of the homes she has seen. She feels there are no homes in Fresno that can compare to the quality of craftsmanship of Michael Rosenfeld.

     We have proudly had many people come to our remodeled home to see the beautiful transformation. Many people in our neighborhood have also benefited by your work - the Scranton's, the Widaman's, the Dederian's, the Valdez's. Mike Rosenfeld is an awesome craftsman! We hired him to remodel our kitchen and family room in 2005. Never once in the entire project did we question his abilities or our decision to hire him. In fact, he exceeded our expectations insomuch as he was both a visionary and artistic builder. He spent unhurried time with us listening to our ideas and then made them better than we imagined. Having never remodeled in such a significant manner, we were anxious with the entire project, such as in selecting materials, and living amongst the remodeling with workmen coming and going. In every instance, Mike made us very comfortable and was very considerate of our time schedules. On the financial front, Mike’s billings were extremely fair---giving us his cost rather than marking up on items purchased (lighting fixtures, sink, faucets, etc.). We considered his direct labor charges to be more than fair.

We were so pleased with the relationship created during this project that we have now hired Mike to remodel our mountain home. As satisfied clients, we are repeat clients!
